Which sources the guides use
Technical feature descriptions should preferably refer to the official documentation for the respective platform. For Klaviyo, this includes, for example, flow triggers, filters, personalisation or conversion attribution; for Google, the measurement and search functions described. The sources are listed in the relevant post and can be accessed directly.
Resources such as briefing questions, topic plans and checklists are editorial recommendations. They help to structure a task and do not replace an assessment of the specific setup. Manufacturer functions and interfaces may change; the current status of your account is also decisive for implementation.
AI support is also used in the creation and structuring of the content. This is based on our described range of services, published examples of our work and the sources mentioned. Assumptions, planning examples and measured client results are labelled differently.
Distinguish between practical examples, drafts and customer testimonials
The newsletter gallery shows our own design examples from different industries. A labelled draft demonstrates the design, but does not establish that it was sent or produced campaign results. When a guide explains a message or process, it should identify whether this is an existing example or an illustrative plan.
Our case studies are based on published customer interviews. We distinguish between the initial situation, the measures described and the customers’ statements. We do not supplement missing measurement periods, comparative data or individual figures with invented numbers. Furthermore, a reported result does not constitute a guarantee for another online shop.
When quoting revenue figures, the measurement method is important: revenue attributed via Klaviyo does not automatically correspond to the additional impact of the channel. The email marketing metrics guide explains this classification and the differences from other reports.
