The problem
Seaside64 already sent newsletters but was only using part of email marketing’s potential. Moritz Molt explains that the team knew about automation but had not implemented it on this scale. Delivering such a comprehensive programme in-house would have been difficult.
Our solution
The service combined newsletters with automations and customer segmentation. Messages were tailored to each customer’s situation. Regular conversations provided a shared view of progress while the agency handled day-to-day delivery.
The result
Moritz Molt reports better-quality newsletters, positive revenue development after sending and responses to more personal communications. The team could also delegate much of the delivery. The report does not give a consistent metric or a defined measurement period.
